How to unify your outer world and inner vision


...by eliminating "Deviation"

How many times have you thought:

"I wish I could do that"

"Once I have [random amount of money] I'll start doing Y"

"I can't wait until I can finally focus on X"

I catch myself saying this all the time, and I hear it in other people too.

If you've thought this, it means you're living in "Deviation"…

In science, deviation means:

"The action of departing from an established course or accepted standard."

But here's how I've come define it:

Deviation is how far off your inner world is to your ideal vision.

The one you "put off into some distant future"…

Aka – your dreams and goals.

And here's the best part, you can actually use this concept to create the life you want...

By ELIMINATING the deviation between your inner world and vision.

Unification

You see, we all have a life that we either:

  • Are WORKing towards
  • DREAM of living, or
  • HOPE to live… (but don't actually believe it's within our reach).

Maybe it's to have a bunch of money? A big house? A family? To travel the world? To be a content creator? To own a clothing brand?

We all have dreams…

The only difference is how much you BELIEVE you can actually accomplish them.

We don't see things as they are. We see things as WE are.

What does this mean?

Let me hit you with a famous quote:

'Whether you think you can, or you think you can't--you're right.'
Henry Ford

This means that whatever you BELIEVE to be true becomes your reality.

Do you see the implications of this?

This is not about what you can or CAN'T do.

This is about they way you SEE the world and what's even possible in the first place.

Here's the thing…

You've been taking in information from the world since you were born.

This has shaped your values, beliefs, and mental model of how see the world.

You're probably following hundreds of "rules" about how life works without you even realizing it right NOW.

But the truth is, these rules are NOT set in stone.

Actually, there are no rules to life at all.

If you believe that you have to wait until X happens to do Y, then that's true – it's a rule you're following.

But it's not real.

Wether it was your parents, a friend, or a random stranger… at some point in your life, somebody injected this into you.

They could've had your best interest in mind…

"Honey, don't quit your job until you have at least $10,000 saved up. IT's too risky" – says your mom.

Maybe she's right… Maybe it IS risky?

But is there a rule that says you can't take risks?

Or maybe, a friend who has limiting beliefs about what they can do subconsciously projected this onto you... because they don't want to see you go after the life YOU want.

But now…

YOU are the one living by this rule, using it as COPE as to why you're not doing what you truly want to do.

And next thing you now, it's "too late"... (another rule. it's never too late), and you never actually took the step in the direction of your dreams.

Now… let me ask you this:

Do you wait until you're hungry to put food in the oven?

No?

So then, why do you wait until you're depressed, unaligned, and hit your breaking point to start working on your dreams?

Start with the End in Mind

Okay, so then, how do you actually start to UNIFY your outer world with your inner vision?

Aka – reducing deviation?

Well, the first step is to get CLEAR about what exactly it is you want.

But here's where it gets interesting…

Once you've gotten clear about the life you want to live, don't stop there.

Go a little deeper:

WHY do you want those things?

Now go deeper again…

WHY do you want those things?

Now go ONE step deeper…

WHY do you want THOSE things???

This is how this exercise typically goes:

Layer 1: want to have $1M dollars, I want to have a house on the lake, I want to own a business, have a million followers, etc…

WHY?

Layer 2: I want to be able to take care of my family, have the freedom to travel and do the things I enjoy.

WHY???

Layer 3: Because I want to feel GOOD. I want to feel joy, a sense of fulfillment, purpose, ease knowing everything is okay, I want to feel loved, etc. etc…

You see what's going on here?

At the ROOT of all of your goals, it's not about the money, about the material success or any of that…

It's about a FEELING.

You're after a FEELING.

Now… I don't know if you know how powerful your mind is…

But if you sit and envision this life as if you're already living it, your mind can't tell the difference.

So this means you can literally FEEL how it would feel to accomplish these goals and live your ideal life… RIGHT NOW.

Of course, this might feel strange...

But the truth is, the core feeling you're after is ALREADY ACCESSIBLE to you.

You don't actually have to WAIT to feel that at all.

You can CHOOSE to feel that way NOW.

And this… this is the key my friends.

Once you've identified how your dream life feels, and you to start to live your current life from this place, you'll reduce the deviation between your inner world and vision, and you outer world will (slowly but surely) start to follow.

So how does this actually work? I'll tell you...

Reality Mirror

When you look in the mirror, do you get upset at the mirror if you have a stain on your shirt?

No… because the issue is the shirt, not the mirror.

Reality works the same way.

Reality just reflects back the image you put out in your mind.

So if you're constantly stressed, worried, or thinking "i'm not good enough", "I don't know how i'm gonna make it", etc… then that's exactly what you'll see back at you.

But as soon as you start putting out the image of:

"I already have everything I need", "everything I want is coming to me", "I'm making $X per month", "I'm living in alignment with my purpose", and start to show up as the person who ALREADY has the things you're striving for,

You will start to see those things reflected back at you.

Things will align to make those things happen.

You'll see opportunities you might have missed before.

The world will turn to meet you half way…

But it starts with truly believing it and coming from a place of already having it.

So…

How do you practically use this to create the life you want?

Embrace the "Delusion"

Now, it might sound delusional...

But you have to practice living as if you're already in your ideal life.

How does that person behave?

- They're relaxed, because they already have what they want

- They don't need anything, because they're already whole

- They work on what matters, because they make time for those things

- They wake up happy, fulfilled, and joyful, because they're living their dream life

Does this sound delusional?

Maybe…

But once you embody this long enough... and truly believe it...

Reality will have NO choice but to accept it as truth.

The more you reduce the distance between your inner world and your vision, the more your outer world will follow.

So, how do you practically apply this?

Here's what you can do RIGHT NOW:

1. Close your eyes and feel what your dream life feels like. Don't just think about it – FEEL it.

Who are you with? Who's lying next to you when you wake up? What are you working on? What do your mornings looks like? Are you stressed, or are you at ease?

Now, FEEL the joy, the freedom, the fulfillment… the love. Feel it as if it's already here, right now.

At first, this will feel weird… but after a while, your mind will start to believe it. And once your mind believes it, your actions will change, and reality will shift.

Practice this every single morning and anytime you hear yourself talking negative self talk.

2. Journal and try to find three "rules" you've been following that are holding you back. QUESTION EVERYTHING.

Where did they come from?

Are they really real? Or are they made up?

Are they rooted in fear?

Now, rip it up and throw it away.

Tell yourself the opposite IS true. You CAN make [X amount of money] working [Y amount of time] on [THING YOU LOVE]. (for example)

Now that you know it's possible, start to work to work backwards and allow your brain to figure out a way to make it happen.

3. Start living as if you're already that person you want to become. Not tomorrow. Not next week. RIGHT NOW.

How do they feel? What are they working on?

Remember:

The gap between who you are and who you want to be exists only in your mind.

The person reading this right now has EVERYTHING they need to start living in their dream reality.

And the more you can reduce the deviation between your inner world and vision, the more that your outer world will follow.
